Vermont Tech Invitational ready to roll
4th annual meet September 10th
Randolph Center, VT- The Vermont Tech Cross Country Invitational Meet is scheduled for Saturday, September 10th here on our Randolph Center campus. This is the first meet of the season for our Varsity cross country teams, who are looking to kick off a superior season. Returing runner Rebecca Broadbent holds the course record, and has returned for the year in great shape to have a stellar season. Conference competition will be the higlight of the day, with Paul Smith's College, NHTI and UMaine Augusta brining thier teams to compete.
Tee race also offers a citizen's component to allow anyone to compete on our scenic course that travels across campus, through ancient maples, around the apple orchard and across the hayfield and solar fields with great views.
THe citizen's race begins at 9am, while the Varsity Women's race starts at 11am and the Varisty Men start at Noon.
