Men's Soccer honored Three Players at the Vermont Tech Convocation
Randolph Center, VT- On Thursday April 15, 2016 10 Student-Athletes were honored with 22 Academic and athletic awards at the Seventh Annual Convocation Ceremony held in Judd Hall.
Senior Joaquin Currier-Cuberio (Danville, VT) picked of five awards joining two National Honors Societies Phi Theta Kappa and Tau Alpha Pi. For the third year in a row Currier-Cuberio was awarded the Male Scholar Athlete of the Year which is presented to the male athlete who holds the highest GPA amongst varsity sports participants and was named to the USCAA Academic All-American. Currier-Cuberio also was awarded the Society of Manufacturing Engineers for Outstanding Academic Excellence, Professionalism, Proficiency, and Dedication in the Electromechanical Engineering Technology program. Currier-Cuberio will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Electromechanical Engineering Technology, he also holds an Associate of Applied Science in Automotive Technology.
