Men Complete VTC Soccer Sweep of Falcons

Yesterday in East Boston Sophomore Brian Cole (Wallingford, VT) propelled the Green Knights to a Men's/Women's soccer sweep of the Fisher College Falcons.
Cole scored all three goals for VTC, netting two in the first half and one in the second. Freshman Jerek Larivee (Enosburg Falls, VT), Sophomore Kyle Birchmore (Vergennes, VT) and Freshman Daniel Mujica (Caracas, Venezuela) assisted on the goals.
Junior Goal Keeper Zach Fortuna (Ludlow, VT) saved 8 shots on goal while allowing 1 through to finish off the Falcons by a final of 3-1.
Fisher is now 0-9. and next play at the University of Maine Presque Isle on Saturday, October 8th. VTC improves their record to 4-8, and will take to the road for a conference battle against Paul Smith's College on Monday, October 10th.
